This series is focused on practical tools that assist us in navigating challenging times in our lives. This will be an engaging set of classes geared towards personal empowerment. In this course you will learn: ~ How to unwind unproductive patterns that result in negativity and toxicity that keeps us stuck ~ How to create productive/creative patterns ~ Techniques for staying grounded with greater presence ~ What it means to ‘walk as a spiritual warrior and be part of the solution’

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. *4 week courses are non refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the first class of the series. ** Vision Quest is non refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the first day.
